York Realty Corporate History

Over the past twenty-five years, York Realty has maintained the same client focus concentrating on "redevelopment" of underperforming real estate and the construction of "build-to-suit facilities". York currently owns over 2,200,000 sq. ft. of real estate and is one of Edmonton's largest privately owned landlords. York Realty also provides property management for various client-owned real estate projects. Regardless of the complexities, the emphasis is on quality management for tenant and landlord satisfaction.

Glenn Woolsey - President Glenn has been involved in the Alberta Real Estate business for over thirty years and, since obtaining his Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1975, has concentrated on guiding the company through both tumultuous times and aggressive growth.

Matt Woolsey - General Manager Matt has his Civil Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and his MBA from the University of Toronto. He is responsible for providing effective and timely service for York Realty’s large and diverse client base.

Elaine Romanovsky - Controller Elaine has a CMA designation and, since 1999, has meticulously managed the financial aspect of York. Her accurate and detailed accounting is invaluable to York and clients.

Shelly Cooper - Office Administrator Shelley manages the York office administration and provides immediate response to the maintenance and organizational requirements of York’s projects.

Lisa Mark - Property Manager Lisa is a licensed realtor who provides management for a variety of client-owned commercial, industrial and residential properties. She ensures that clients and tenants are promptly and professionally served.

Dan Santin - Maintenance Supervisor Dan joined York in 2001 and fulfills the demanding role of maintenance supervisor. He reacts immediately to issues as they occur and maintains the integrity of the entire portfolio.

Glenn Rudyk - Maintenance Technician Glenn has provided maintenance service for York since 1992. His contribution, dedication and experience contribute to the quality of service of the York portfolio.
